This is part of an ongoing experiment to take my drawings into the digital realm, subtly degraded black and white as seen here and eventually lovely full colour versions. I would like to thank Alissa Coe, whom I had the good fortune to share a studio with a long time ago. Alissa mentioned that she really liked being able to see all of the mark-making process when she held the original archival ink and paper drawings up to the window. I have tried to duplicate what she saw back then with this series of prints. There is more of my writing regarding this exhibition in the May 2021 ‘Writing’ section of the site.
